Study of Surface Temperature Distribution for High-Temperature U75V Rail Steel Plates in Rolling Process by Colorimetry Thermometry

Surface temperature is a critical operating parameter that influences the phase transition time and rolling quality of U75V rail steel plates in process. There still no extensive online detection system for surface due to hazardous environment, incorrect emissivity, complex backgrounds. In this paper, equipment based on multi-spectral photography was built high-temperature processes. Then, emissivity model colorimetric thermometry, noise filtering methods were investigated improve accuracy results plates. Finally, plate during three passes could be calculated point by point, greatest error approximately 0.82% blackbody calibration experiments. The not only have positive effect understanding declination process low-alloy process, but also benefit control cooling rate optimize passes.
